Monday 10/9/23 Journal Entry

Today I started my day out as usual, I started by looking at the emails and voicemails that had been left regarding the camps coming up. Once I finished with that, I talked to my supervisor about a project that needed to be done. The project was to pull all medical waivers from three of the largest camps and ensure we had all camper's waivers. The department was going through an internal audit and wanted to be prepared. I then pulled all waivers from the selected three camps and confirmed that we had all waivers from two out of the three camps. One camp was missing over 20 waivers as they were walk-up participants and their waivers had to be scanned into our system. The waivers for the camp had been found and they were confirmed for all missing participants. Once I finished my project, I went back to answering emails and answering calls that came in throughout my shift. There was a launch of some new clinics for our spirit membership that raised a lot of questions for parents. I was answering questions regarding the camps for the rest of my shift as there were at least 250 members in the club. Questions we did not have the answer to, so we had to problem-solve with the director of operations for the spirit program to get definitive answers.
