We foster a culture that provides the opportunity to develop our student-athletes through success in academics and competition to achieve excellence in life (The Ohio State University Athletic Department, 2023).
Leadership
Leadership is valued at the department of athletics. They take all precautionary steps to ensure those in manager roles are leaders. They also help develop those who work with them to become leaders.

Services and Facilities
We provide the service of registration, parking information, payments and refunds, check-ins and check-outs of camps, and post surveys for all campers. Our department travels to all 18 facilities including golf courses on campus (The Ohio State University Athletic Department, 2023).
