Today is one of my scheduled in-office days for the week. I started my shift out per usual by responding to emails and listening and responding to voicemail messages that had been left. We did not have any voicemails that were left from previous days, so I started going through the emails. We had a few inquiries about refunds for camps as schedules had changed for the campers and they were no longer able to attend the camp. They were within the date of the refund policy so they were still eligible for a refund. We also had a few inquiries in regard to the gymnastics camp and what the requirements are in terms of whether their camper was training at the required level for the morning session and if they could attend. We had to clear it with our director of operations for gymnastics before we could give a definite answer to the parents. We also had some in-depth questions about wrestling camps this summer. These questions included whether there were discounts, what the rates were for coaches who wanted to participate, and what all was needed if they wanted to register a team. I gave them all the needed information as well as the steps to complete the registration process as well. We continued to get emails throughout the day regarding transfers, camp dates, and discounts for all of our summer camps this year as well as what camps entailed and what would be a good fit for their camper.
