Today is my second office shift for the week. I started out my shift by reviewing emails and listening to voicemails that had been left for the day before and early in the morning. I had a few emails in regards to receiving an invoice for their purchase of the coaches' clinic coming up along with the upcoming track camp. Many schools will pay or reimburse the coaches for attending these camps. Many other people also claim camps on their taxes or submit it to government programs so we send them invoices and tax ID numbers to ensure they get what they need. We had a free parent ask about age requirements for camps and if their child could attend even though they do not meet the requirements. We then explained to them that due to NCAA regulations, it can be considered a liability to have someone in a camp who does not meet the age requirements for the camp. We also had a few transfers to do for the football one-day camps. We are able to transfer them now due to the camp not being full, but once the camp is full we can no longer transfer them to another camp due to a waitlist being implemented. Along with transfers we had a few inquiries about registration for the Spirit Club performance due to them missing the registration date. We made the exception since the registration had not been full and got some campers registered for the camp.
