Monday 10/16/23 Journal Entry

I started my day out by answering the emails from over the weekend and listening to the voicemails that were left by campers. I communicated with my supervisor about a few questions I received about a lacrosse team camp registration and confirmation, spirit club membership concerns as well as a wrestling coaches clinic. Campers for the lacrosse camp were questioning when a confirmation would be out along with a schedule so that they could further prepare for the camp. The questions regarding the spirit membership were for the performances as well as how to inquire about extra tickets for other family members wanting to attend. The coaches' clinic questions were in regard to the payment and registration options for the clinic. Many were having issues getting a check in on time so they were inquiring about bringing payment to the clinic. I then had to scan in waivers from previous camps for our post-camp records. Once that was finished, I sent some invoices to campers ’ parents who needed them for tax and reimbursement purposes. After I got the invoices out, I did some mail-in registrations and answered emails until the end of my shift. I checked in with my supervisor before leaving to see if anything else was needed of me.
