I started my day out by answering any emails and returning any voicemails that had been left from over the weekend. I only had one voicemail regarding switching sessions on the day of a gymnastics camp, however, I could not do much about the matter since the event had already passed. My supervisor then notified me that cheer camps were dropping for the remainder of the spring and winter. These camps tend to fill up quickly and we tend to get a lot of questions that go along with it. Within the first 5 minutes of the camps being available, I got calls asking to register over the phone because they could not get into their account. I had a total of 3 over the phone registrations in a matter of 10 minutes. The majority of the camps sold out in 20 minutes. The male registration tends to be a little slower in filling up compared to the female registration though. Throughout the day we had a few males over the phone registrations, invoices sent out, and confirming what position their child was on in the waitlist for the cheer camps. I continued to monitor emails throughout the day. Topics covered were the availability of the cheer camps, wrestling camps, football camps, and gymnastics camps. I checked in with my supervisor to see if they needed anything else from me before I left for the day.
