I started my day by answering emails and listening to the voicemails that had been left by any parents or guardians regarding any upcoming camps. There was only one voicemail regarding a cancelation and how to start the refund process as they had missed a camp that was being held over the previous weekend. We also had some questions regarding what was included in a women’s gymnastics camp that was being held later on in the week. Many thought that there was an option to purchase a leotard, as that was how it was in the summer, and then inquired about how they could get a leotard or if they were selling any at the camp. Other questions throughout the day were asking for dates for football camps and having coaches, parents, or guardians asking for invoices of their purchases for the school they worked for or for tax purposes. We also had some more parents requesting refunds for injury or illness along with confirmation of where they were in the refund process. Our refund officer was out on vacation so the refunds for multiple campers had been delayed due to nobody else having access to the system to approve or deny requests. Before I left for the day, I asked my supervisor if they needed anything else from me before I left. Once, I finished a few things that were asked of me, I left for the day.
