Monday 12/4/23 Journal Entry

I started my time at the office as usual, by checking the emails and seeing if any voicemails had been left. We have quite a few emails over the weekend and on Monday overall. The number of camps is starting to pick up due to the next seasons being spring and summer. We have had quite a few emails regarding camps that start in the new year as well. The questions were in regards to how to sign up, how to get a refund due to not being able to attend, and inquiring for future dates for camps due to not being able to make the most recent dates released. I was also recently put in charge of sending out post-camp surveys for the department. So, I had to edit the survey and accommodate it to the camps being held over the weekend. I then had to pull the list of emails to those who participated in the camp, and then bcc them to the email for the survey. Once that project was done, I continued to monitor the emails and answered a few phone calls as well. We had a few calls regarding registration as well as where the process of the refund they requested was and how long it would be before they received one. We also had to help a parent through the registration process as they were getting confused in the registration process and clicking the wrong link to register their camper.
