I started my office shift out per usual, by answering emails and listening to any voicemails that had been left over the weekend. We did not have any voicemails that had been left, so it was mainly reviewing emails. We had a few refunds to process over the weekend due to campers falling ill the day of the camp. Due to the refund policies, they were still eligible for a refund for the camp, even after the two-week deadline because they were ill. We had a few calls in regard to summer camp dates. Mainly for women’s golf and rowing, which are not common requests for the camps department. Since I started working, I have not seen any women’s golf or rowing camps held. Luckily, two rowers were in the office at the time so I had first-hand information about whether or not they would be hosting any camps for the summer. They said that they did not expect them to be holding any since it had been about 3 years since they held a camp. I then worked on separating the waivers and injury reports and scanning them into the system for auditing purposes. This ensured that we had all waivers for the camp and documented everything efficiently. I continued to monitor the emails throughout the day and answer phone calls. Before I left, I checked in with my supervisor to see if they needed anything else from me before I left the office for the day.
