Today started my office shifts for the week. I started my shift by checking all the emails and listening to any voicemails that had been left. We did not have any voicemails that had been left, so I started going through the emails. We had many inquires about the summer camp dates for multiple sports as well as pricing for them. We had a few parents who were struggling with the registration process and forgetting their login password. I sent them screenshots and step-by-step instructions on how to reset their password and the steps of registering as well. Today we had all of our summer cheer camps launch at 10 am so I was preparing for that as many people forget their password or get frustrated with the registration process. When this time hit I had received at least 10 emails and the phone was continuously ringing as the registration was not taking them to the right sport. So, I had to grab a card reader register people over the phone on top, and email all of those back who were having trouble. I was also communicating with my supervisor over text while they were in a meeting about the issue. I was responding to people and registering them for about an hour and it finally slowed down. Once it slowed down, I got assigned a project to cross-check a spread sheet with certification completion dates and the recruiting and camp roster for all sports. I would be entering all certifications and creating a spreadsheet for each sport of those who do not have the certifications needed in order to work with minors.
