Monday 3/18/24 Journal Entry

I started out my office shift per usual, by reviewing emails and voicemails that were left over the weekend. There were a few voicemails in regard to camp dates and confirmations. I called those who left voicemails and answered what I could for them and gave them the resources they needed in order for them to get all their questions answered. I then started going through the emails. The emails have been picking up due to summer approaching and many parents inquiring about dates and scheduling. We had a few cancellations for upcoming camps and questions about pricing for camps. Many camps will offer discounts to help lower the price of camp. The discount will not apply until after the camp is completed but many are not aware of that. We have also had many coaches reach out about wrestling camps and if they are able to attend due to them bringing a team with them. We also had some track camps coming up so we had a few people reach out about what to bring and when a confirmation would be sent out. Swimming had also sent out promotional emails that included discounts to increase the amount of people that attend. I also had to walk through registration with a few parents due to the process being a bit lengthy and confusing for some. I continued to monitor the emails throughout the day and answer phone calls until the end of my shift.
