Monday 9/18/23 Journal Entry

Monday is typically one of my office hour days for my internship. I have a set schedule for when I come into the office. I typically work full days as well when I am in the office. Today we still have to use our own personal laptops for work as the new setup has no power for the computers. I started my morning off by answering unread emails within the camp's email. I connected with my supervisor on any questions I had about emails and how to respond. We had a new membership club registration open for the spirit program at Ohio State. Many parents were reaching out in regards to what the membership entailed, dates for events, and many other questions that they had. I also got assigned a numbers comparison project for all summer camps in the last six years. I had to group individual registrations for the same camps and estimate team camps that only had coaches register. After I was finished with the project, I connected with my supervisor about the next few camps I was scheduled to work during the week and got a rundown of what was needed for the camp. I then finished up with a few emails and left for the day.
