Saturday 1/6/24 Journal Entry

Today I was assigned three camps to work throughout the day. I was working two golf camps and then one field hockey camp. These camps were spread throughout the day, so I worked in the office in between the camps. Before heading to the first camp, I had to stop by the office and pick up the box filled with the waivers and other materials for the camp. The first golf camp was at the indoor facility at the golf course, once I arrived I met with the coaches and came up with a game plan on how they wanted both camps to run. The second session check-in was at a different location so, we worked together to come up with a plan on how they wanted the second check-in to go due to them hosting a lunch and doing a question and answer session for the campers. They also mentioned the shuttle service that was provided for the campers in case their parents just dropped them off at check-in. Once the first session was completed I went to the office and answered emails til the second session. The second session ran fairly smoothly and quickly. I checked in with the coaches before leaving to see if they needed anything else before heading back to the office. I then filed some paperwork in the office while waiting for my last camp to get an idea of how they wanted check-in to go and what they needed from us. At the end of check-in, we only had to call two campers who had not shown up due to illness.
