Wednesday 1/3/24 Journal Entry

I started my office shift by checking over all the emails that had been left from over the holiday weekend. We still were receiving responses to the lacrosse camp being moved in regard to whether or not they would be attending. We also had a few emails about the upcoming golf and field hockey camps. We had parents reach out for confirmations of the camp and what was needed from them for the camps. We had a few phone calls from parents who needed to forward the information as well due to them not receiving it. Typically when this happens, it is due to them not putting the right email down or making a small mistake within the email. We then make changes to their account to ensure they receive updates and other information for future events. Throughout the day, we kept up with the lacrosse transfer and refund sheet. They were starting to send out refunds for the camp while I transferred campers to the new lacrosse date. I also monitored the email and the phone. There were only a few other emails that came in asking how to request a refund. I checked in with my supervisor before leaving for the day to see if they needed anything else from me. I was working camps over the weekend so, we went over the basic details of how it was going to run, locations, and who to contact if I needed anything.
