Wednesday 10/11/23 Journal Entry

I started my day by answering emails and calling back those who left voicemails from the previous days. I had to do a few manual registrations for coaches wishing to participate in the wrestling coaches clinic. I had to communicate with a coach via email who was interested but was having payment issues with his school and wanted to register and bring a check to the actual clinic. I worked with him to get his registration filled out and entered for him and then relayed to him that I made a note regarding his payment method. I then had to communicate with my supervisor that the coaching staff for that school was going to bring payment at the check-in of the clinic. I then had to do a manual registration for a lacrosse camp coming up as well. This camp only allows teams to register, so I had to register a team that was mailing in payment but sent registration to my supervisor. Once I registered all the participating athletes, I then had to send waivers to each athlete so they could participate in camp. After that, I continued to answer emails and phone calls regarding the spirit club membership that the spirit team is advertising. Many parents had been confused about what was included in the membership and why they had to pay more for their camper to participate. It was mentioned when registering for the membership that it provided priority registration and not free registration for the campers. Many parents had missed that section of the information.
