Wednesday 10/18/23 Journal Entry

I started my office shift by looking at any unanswered emails and looking to see if any voicemails needed to be returned. Some of the main questions I received at the beginning of my shift were in regards to the spirit club performance and if there were extra tickets available as well as withdrawing a few that had changed their minds about participating. We are also starting to ask many questions about football camp dates as that is one of the most popular camps at the university. We typically do not start working on dates until about midway through the semester so I could not give them a definite answer but rather a time frame to look at our website for dates. We also had some registration questions for the wrestling coaches' clinic as well as important details regarding the schedule. We had some emails regarding refund requests and how they could either start the process or when they could expect to receive the refund. I also had to enter more mail-in registrations for the coaches' clinic and deposit the payment method for them all. Once deposited, I ran a financial report for the deposits along with receipts to give to my supervisor.
