Wednesday 10/4/23 Journal Entry

I started my day per usual, checking the camp's email and listening to any voicemails that had been left. I had to do a registration over the phone for the wrestling coaches clinic coming up as well. I had to take payment over the phone, enter the information into our camps system, and run a report for the purchase. After that was done I had a few calls in regards to a few camps coming up such as lacrosse, wrestling, and dance. I had to confirm registrations, withdraw campers, and relay any pertinent information to those who may not have received it from us. I then sorted waivers for the camps that were happening over the weekend and reached out to those who had not filled them out. I also had to resend a refund verification for a camper who had gotten approved for a refund but had not filled out the paperwork that was necessary to receive the refund. Once I completed my projects for the day, I went back to answering emails and calls. Once I was done for the day, I checked in with my supervisor before I left to see if he needed anything else before I left for the day.
