I started my office shift per usual by checking all of the unanswered emails and listening to the voicemails that had been left. We had some emails regarding not being able to make camps, needing refunds, and potential future dates for some camps as well. We had two voicemails left from some parents as well. One needed confirmation that his son was signed up for a lacrosse camp. I called him to confirm that we had his son in the camp and answered other questions such as the capacity of the camp, where it would be held, as well as a tentative schedule for the camp. The second voicemail we received as a grandmother inquiring about a soccer summer camp as a present for her grandson. I informed her that we were still finalizing dates for the summer for our camps but knew they had held a youth camp last year. The camps are typically consistent in sports in terms of the amount and the same camps are held that were held the year before will happen again. I told her the price from last year to gauge how much to save for as well as when to look for the dates to be posted and when to register for the camp. I continued to follow up with any emails that had come in over the course of my shift as well as answer any phone calls. I ended my shift by sending out the post-camp surveys to the camps that had taken place over the weekend.
