I started out my office shift per usual by checking any emails and voicemails that were left from the previous days. We had a few emails in regard to the status of the refund as well as how to properly file a refund for a camp. I was notified by my supervisor that due to a dead period being extended for recruitment, we had to completely switch the dates of two camps for lacrosse. I then had to create an Excel spreadsheet of all registrations for the main recruitment camp being canceled. The registration was broken up by position, so I had to pull reports of all the campers from each position and create one spreadsheet. Once I was finished, I put the spreadsheet in teams for all to edit as the day went on due to some not being in the office. The other camp that was canceled only had about half of the campers that were not of recruiting age and had to be refunded during the dead period. We then reached out to the other half of that camp tot see if they would like a refund or to be transferred to the new date of the other camp. Many responded to the email which created a chain and it started to become less organized and made it difficult to keep track of requests made by the campers and their parents.
