Wednesday 2/21/24 Journal Entry

I started my office shift out per usual, by checking any emails and voicemails that had been left from earlier in the day or the night before. We did not have any voicemails but did have quite a few emails. We had a few inquiries about the 7 on 7 camp for football, there is an individual registration for the camp and the individuals are then put on the house team for the camp. We had to let a parent know that the registration had been full due to the high demand for individual registration and that they would have to join the waitlist for individual registration. We also had a few questions about our overnight camps for the summer. Many people tend to reach out to confirm meals and housing along with their camper being able to stay with someone they know who is also attending the camp. We gave them all the necessary information and ensured them that roommate requests were a part of the registration process. We also received an email about billing information for a football camp as they had to pay with a P.O. number and the process is a little different when it comes to that form of payment. We had to give them a rundown on how the payment process would be along with paperwork for each participant to fill out so that they could participate. I continued to monitor the phone calls and emails throughout the day until the end of my shift.
